VIP Terms and conditions

  1. VIP 15% off our mechanical labour rate is not be to used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.

  2. 8% discount at The Battery Base can not be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. Not valid with online purchases or sale items.

  3. Environmental tyre disposal fees when you buy a new Passenger tyre is valued at $10 each. SUV tyre are valued at $15 each. Not redeemable for cash. If you choose to take your old tyres with you, this promotion will be not apply. 

  4. Annual birthday $50 discount is valid from the holders birthday month and the proceeding two months. VIP Card must be presented at vehicle drop off / arrival. Discount will not be applied at vehicle collection,  at time of bill settlement or after bill has been finalised. Bonus $50 birthday discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. Birthday discount is not valid with tyre purchases or any tyre services including puncture repairs. Not valid at The Battery Base or thebatterybase.com.au.

  5. $50 Gift Voucher when you refer a friend or family member whose vehicle we have never serviced or repaired. $50 Voucher will be sent to the VIP member once the new referred customers vehicle has been serviced or repaired with an invoice total of $250 in one transaction. Voucher is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.

  8. VIP ” P ” plate drivers 20% off our mechanical labour rate is not to used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts. Proof of probationary license and vehicle ownership required. The VIP member on their probationary license must be present at time of vehicle drop off.
